Orders received with cleared funds before 2:00 PM will be dispatched on same working day. Any orders received after 2.00 PM may be dispatched same wording day or next working day. Orders received at weekends and public holidays will be dispatched next working day. If your payment method is PayPal, we will only dispatch your order to your PayPal registered address. Please make sure your shipping address is the same as your PayPal address. Incorrect address may cause delay and will incur re-shipping cost.

USA and Rest of the World

Item Not Received

1. We rely on these couriers and have no control over their system. Royal Mail states that “Items cannot be considered lost until after 15 days of postage”.

2. Please go to the courier website and track your item.

3. We process all orders according to our promise. If your item is delayed by courier, International Local Postal service or International Customs Inspections, then we cannot be held responsible for the delay.
