Ans: We use different couriers (Royal Mail, myHermes, DPD, TNT, wnDirect, and UPS etc) depending upon your location. If multiple couriers available for your destination, you can choose desired courier while checkout.

Question: Who will pay local taxes and custom duty if customer purchase item outside of their country?
Ans: Customer may have to pay import duties and local taxes on goods that are purchased for delivery outside of the European Union. Any charges for custom clearance must be paid by customer. Lcd4laptop.co.uk have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that Lcd4laptop.co.uk does not charge any fees, other than the amount charged at the checkout..

Ans: We will dispatch items to PayPal and Card statement registered address ONLY.

Ans: We offer myHermes and Royal Mail Recorded First Class Service for all the orders under £40. And we offer free express service for all other orders above £40.

Ans: According to Royal Mail, 1st class mail gets delivered within 1-3 working days, but it is not guaranteed.
Royal Mail can take as long as up to 15 days to deliver as per their terms and conditions.
[Note: The item sent with first class cannot be considered as lost item till 15 days as written by Royal Mail in their 7th clause.]
Question: I bought a screen with standard service and the tracking number you have given us do not work?
Ans: Royal Mail do not offer guaranteed time delivery or tracking facility on this service, and Royal Mail only update the status once the item is delivered.

We will check with the courier and if the item got lost by the courier then we will re-ship a new item for you without any delays.
